Job Description:

The Production Associate is responsible for maintaining and operating primary stations and bindery equipment to company standards. They should have basic knowledge of printing machinery, cutting, folding, UV coating, sorting, and binding machines. However, prior experience is not necessary.

Requirements:

• Punctual and dependable
• Able to work quickly and meet strict deadlines
• Able to work flexible hours and weekends, as needed (day, swing, and 3rd shifts, overtime)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, able to read and interpret instructions, identify problems/missing information, and address proactively
• Able to evaluate projects and provide input on productivity and quality improvements
• Organized and experienced in managing multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 65 lbs.
• 70-90% of time standing or walking
• Working in a manufacturing (warehouse) environment
• Working on Bindery & Finishing Equipment

Schedule:

This role is for a second shift position with hours from 2pm - 10:30pm. The work days may be either Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday.

Additional Information:

• Job Type: Temporary
• Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
• Schedule: 8-hour shift, evening shift
• Work Location: In person
