Job Description

The EMS Energy Institute is seeking a part-time graphic designer/webmaster to design marketing materials such as websites, logos, magazine ads, posters, displays, brochures, handouts, newsletters, and presentations. Immediate projects include designing posters for a major meeting in the spring and redesigning the Institute’s website. The applicant must be proficient in Adobe InDesign. The position is expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with negotiable hours.

Position Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
• Experience designing marketing materials (websites, logos, ads, posters, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Penn State publishes an Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR) in accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988. The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other related matters.
