Redesign of One 5-Page Website + Build of One 2-Page Website

I need a designer/developer to redo an existing 5-page website and create a new 2-page website.
Both sites must look modern, clean, and professional, be responsive for all devices, and include basic SEO setup.
Website 1 (Existing, 5 pages):
• Redesign for a fresh, modern look
• Keep current content but improve layout, typography, and colors
• Make it mobile-friendly and SEO-friendly
Website 2 (New, 2 pages):
• Simple design with About + Services/Contact pages
• Based on provided text and images
• Mobile-responsive layout
Required Skills & Tools:
• Web Design & Development (WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace)
• Responsive Design for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Basic SEO setup (meta tags, page titles, alt text)
• UI/UX design principles for clean, modern layouts
• Image optimization for web performance
• Experience creating functional contact forms
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and small budgets
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for customization
• Graphic design skills (Adobe XD, Canva, or Figma)
• Experience with Google Analytics setup
