Job Description

The UX Figma Lead Designer will be responsible for:

• Evaluating existing sites and products for usability
• Working with clients and colleagues to plan and implement new UX projects
• Carrying out research into users’ needs
• Developing personas and creating user stories
• Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs
• Using specialist software to create mock-ups and prototypes
• Making recommendations and planning changes based on user feedback
• Exploring and implementing other ways to gather and incorporate users’ feedback
• Solving UX problems creatively
• Communicating design ideas and prototypes to developers

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

• Excellent communication skills
• At least 10 years of experience as a UX designer
• Proficiency in using Figma
• Experience with user research and creating personas
• Ability to develop wireframes and task flows
• Knowledge of specialist software for creating mock-ups and prototypes
• Ability to analyze and incorporate user feedback into design improvements

Other Information

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Compensation package: Bonus opportunities

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
