Job Description

Roots Wellness and Med Spa is seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager with expertise in marketing and social media advertising. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media advertising strategies, creating compelling ad content, managing and optimizing ad campaigns, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, staying informed about industry trends, and collaborating with the creative team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a focus on social media advertising, preferably in the medical aesthetic industry
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding

Additional Information

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
