Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 12 years of software engineering experience. They should also have at least 5 years of progressive experience leading teams, including motivating and technical mentoring of other team members. In addition to this, they should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing consumer-facing Android applications. Strong skills in team leadership are required, along with experience with profiling tools to identify inefficiencies and improve app stability (this is a plus). Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills are necessary to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. E-commerce experience is also a plus. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and be well-versed in Agile methodology.

Requirements:
