Job Description:

The Chicago Union is seeking sports videographers to capture footage of games, practices, and events for use on the team’s website, social media, and promotional videos. As a sports videographer, you will be responsible for shooting and editing videos, creating graphics and visuals, and developing content for marketing materials. This is a part-time contract position, requiring less than 5 hours per week between January and July. There may be occasional travel required to Evanston and Chicago for practices, tryouts, and away games.

Responsibilities:

• Take videos/photos at team practices, games, and events
• Edit videos to create promotional materials
• Develop graphics and other creative visuals within videos and photos produced
• Make social media posts using content produced
• Develop content to be used in marketing materials
• Perform other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in filming (1 year preferred)
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time (preferred)
• Ability to reliably commute to Evanston, IL 60208 or plan to relocate before starting work

Additional Information:

The position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to choose your own hours. Pay is $15.00 per hour. Traveling with the team on away game weekends is a plus but not required.
