Job Description:
Stander, Inc is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer to work internally with the Marketing Team and Lead Graphic Designer. The role involves creating and developing marketing materials, packaging, and other design projects for the company’s major brands and sub-brands.
The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively in a team environment, think creatively, and adapt quickly to changing market trends. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is crucial for this position.
The Associate Graphic Designer will be responsible for building upon the current brand values, creating new marketing materials, and ensuring pixel-perfect files for production. They will contribute to brand awareness and help develop greater brand equity.
Requirements:
- Solid foundation in design
- Strong typography skills
- Fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign
- Experience in Graphic Design
- Organization skills to manage time and job responsibilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Experience in producing content for print and web
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be creative and solve problems with accountability to yourself and your team
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or other related field, or in school for the same
- 1-2 years’ experience working as a Graphic Designer
- Experience in brand creation and implementation
- UX/UI experience
- Experience in package design
- Experience planning and directing photoshoots

- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
- Benefits: Flexible schedule
