Job Description:

Join our team as a temporary Google Ads Specialist and play a key role in helping us help local businesses! We need someone for a specific project with expertise in Google Ads- the project will likely take around 30 hours with an opportunity to join our team as a freelance Google Ads expert moving forward.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Google Ads campaign management, demonstrating successful planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads features, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and performance analysis.
• Ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and implement strategic adjustments in order to improve ad performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with our team, in order to align with broader marketing strategies.
• Detail-oriented approach to campaign setup and management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Effective Google Ads Campaigns:
• Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis
• Utilize advanced features and strategies within the Google Ads platform
• Monitor and Optimize Campaign Performance:
• Regularly analyze campaign metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness.
• Implement data-driven optimizations, like adjusting bidding strategies, refining audience targeting, and optimizing ad placements.
• Provide Regular Reports on Campaign Effectiveness:
• Generate and present comprehensive reports on key campaign metrics, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Develop insights and actionable recommendations based on performance data.
• Proactively communicate with team members.
