Job Description:

We are working with a large retail client in the Pittsburgh area and they are looking for a Graphic Designer to fill an immediate need as an Associate Brand Designer at their corporate office. This is a temporary opportunity right now but could possibly turn into something more down the road. A degree and experience in Graphic Design is a must for this role. They do work a hybrid schedule, 2 days at home and 3 days in office so candidates must be local.

The Associate Brand Designer contributes to the development of creative as it pertains to packaging, brand identity, photo shoots, illustration, photo retouching, typography and layout for categories in our private brand portfolio. Partner with Brand Designers and Brand Designer Leads to execute the strategy from a creative perspective. Coordinate, shot plans and direct product photography shoots with external studio partners. Assist in all areas of design during all project phases from concept to completion.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

Good communication skills and organization skills are a must

Other Information:

This position will focus on apparel design & clearly understands graphics design, (creating artwork, layouts, placement, repeats & colors).
