Job Description

This role will be focused on developing automations for ServiceNow cloud and exploring AI/ML solutions leveraging ServiceNow AI offerings. You will have the opportunity to work on ServiceNow Platform and Tools, build solutions using workflows, orchestration, and developer tools. You will experiment with the latest ServiceNow AI offerings like Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Issue Auto Resolution, Task Intelligence, Document Intelligence, Generative AI, and other upcoming capabilities. Additionally, you will design and develop cloud automations to support the ServiceNow Products in our own infrastructure and provide feedback to product teams to continually improve and expand product capabilities, features, and interoperability in consideration of product needs and requirements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in professional software development, preferably in the Cloud Environment
  • Advanced programming or scripting skills (using JavaScript) and experience in object-oriented design
  • Experience with ServiceNow Workflows and Flow Designer tools & ServiceNow scripting (Glide JavaScript)
  • Experience integrating software and services using common API techniques (REST, SOAP, XML, etc.)
  • Excellent technical design, problem-solving, debugging skills, and an aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Team player, attention to detail, and ability to work well and communicate with others
  • Experience in driving deployments with large Enterprise companies with multiple stakeholders – preferably AI-based products
  • Exposure to AI, Machine Learning will be an advantage

Other Information

Must be willing to relocate to Kirkland, WA 98033 before starting work. Preferred to be onsite, but the ideal candidate may have flexibility to work remotely and go to the office as needed. The position requires working in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone. No specific laptop requirements (Mac or Windows).
