Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Property Finance Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their property finance needs, including mortgage applications, loan refinancing, and property investment advice. You will work closely with a team of colleagues to ensure that clients receive expert guidance and solutions tailored to their unique requirements. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the property finance industry and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the property finance industry
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage applications, loan refinancing, and property investment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
