Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing property finance expertise to clients. You will be part of a team that supports individuals and businesses in achieving their property-related goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and evaluating property finance applications
- Conducting financial analysis and risk assessments
- Providing advice and recommendations to clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and market trends
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- A proven track record in property finance or a related field
- A strong understanding of financial analysis and risk assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Additional Information:
Salary: up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus performance bonus & benefits
