Job Description:

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Software Developer with Angular experience. The ideal candidate will have recent work experience on Angular 12 or newer, in addition to prior experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, and SQL. The candidate is experienced with working in the enterprise environment and implementing engineering practices in the team established as part of our common engineering best practices. The candidate is strong in supporting technical team development, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior and intermediate team members. Responsibilities include:

• Being assigned to high complexity work
• Participating in activities that support the team’s delivery and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 6+ years of work experience in IT
• 4+ years of relevant work experience with Agile methodologies and cloud, a DevOps environment, IT involves continuous process improvement, IT development, unit testing, production support and problem resolution, analysis, and/or technical proficiency
• Significant and recent (minimum 3 years) experience with Angular 8 and above, preferably Angular 12+ plus NgRx
• Experience with Microsoft Stack with technologies and frameworks like .NET C#, JavaScript, SQL, JQuery, HTML, CSS, XUnit, NUnit, Entity Framework, TDD, Regis Cache, Git
• Exposure to microservices is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year acting in an unofficial technical leadership position helping to support, coach, and mentor intermediate and junior developers
• Significant experience in leading the development cycle (design, develop, integrate, test, prototype)
• Significant experience participating in all activities that support consistent, and high-quality team delivery, especially in small team and complex enterprise-scale environments and accustomed to collaborating with interdependent teams and removing impediments
• Very quality minded and can test code (manually and automated) all the way through to production, as well as document tests for audit and reusability
• Interested to learn about the business and build an understanding of the business processes and requirements which inform the system design
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification like SAFe Practitioner is preferred

Additional Information:

• The hourly rate range for this position is $65 - $95, with the final rate based on consultant experience and fit for the role
