Job Description:

Ellevate Media, a full-service podcast production agency in Smyrna, GA, is seeking photographers to capture behind-the-scenes photos during podcast filming. The responsibilities include:

• Capturing high-quality and visually appealing photographs in various settings and environments
• Using professional equipment and techniques to ensure optimal image quality
• Edit and retouch photos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop and Capture One
• Collaborating with clients to understand their specific photography needs and deliver on their expectations
• Conducting photo shoots for a variety of purposes including portraits, events, products, and landscapes
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photography to continuously improve skills
• Managing and organizing digital files and maintaining an efficient workflow
• Assisting with video production projects as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a professional photographer, preferably in a variety of settings
• Proficient in using professional photography equipment and software such as DSLR cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom), etc.
• Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, and other technical aspects of photography
• Ability to manipulate photos using advanced editing techniques to achieve desired results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of video production techniques is a plus
• Experience in journalism or sales is beneficial

Other Information:

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 2 – 4 per week
• Benefits: Flexible schedule
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
• Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities
• Ability to commute/relocate: Smyrna, GA 30080: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
