Job Description

Rico Multimedia is a small business in Huntington Beach, CA, providing videography and editing services to clients. We are seeking a talented Videographer/Editor to join our team. As a Videographer/Editor, you will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality video content for various projects. Your creativity and technical skills will be crucial in producing engaging and visually appealing videos.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video footage using professional equipment
• Edit raw footage to create polished and compelling videos
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards
• Incorporate motion graphics and visual effects to enhance the videos
• Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style
• Manage video files, including organizing, archiving, and backing up footage
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in video production techniques

Requirements

Skills:

• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid
• Experience with motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects or Cinema 4D
• Strong understanding of video production principles and techniques
• Knowledge of photography fundamentals and composition
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to meet deadlines

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with FTP protocols for file transfer
• Experience using Capture One software for photo editing
• Knowledge of Adobe Bridge for managing media assets

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Freelance

Pay: $21.93 - $23.04 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
