Job Description

My name is Dave Langendorfer and I own 5 different brands. The main focus at this point is starting a social program for my new brand that has 3 locations opening in 3 months. manhattaN2s coffee & nitrogen ice cream. With a focus on “hype cycle marketing” similar to Crumbl.

My five brands are:

1. Signature Storage Investments (Mr Storage) Signature419.com - operate 3 Storage facilities with 6 under development.
2. Team Developers Inc. - Development of class A shopping centers and owner operator of class B shopping centers.
3. I own all the Jersey Mike’s Subs in Northwest Ohio but my team operates this brand with little assistance.
4. I own 7 National Quick Service Pizza locations.
5. manhattaN2s coffee & nitrogen ice cream - opening up three locations in the next two months. 5333 Monroe St #35, 306 W Dussel, UT on Campus. It’s a national concept looking to build into 30 locations in the next 4 years.

I would really like to always have a great social team and would like to develop my storage brand after. followed by increasing my own brand on social. I’m a master brand strategist that is focused on social but is lacking in experience.
