Job Description

DreamBox Rexburg, a one-of-a-kind interactive selfie studio, is hiring a talented and energetic TikTok creator to join our team. If you love Tiktok, and you love creating TikToks then this is the opportunity of a lifetime for you! As a TikTok Content Creator, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own hours, utilize all of DreamBox for free, and get paid based on your TikTok’s performance.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Whip up two TikToks each week showcasing the 30+ backdrops DreamBox has to offer.
• Trendspotting: Stay up to date with the latest audio, dance and other TikTok trends.
• DIY Schedule: Own your schedule and pick the hours that suit you while still meeting the weekly content goals.
• Metrics Maestro: Keep tabs on your TikTok performance, analyze viewer engagement, and tweak your strategy to max out those views.

Requirements

• Proven track record of creating engaging TikToks with a successful amount of views.
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok trends, features, and tricks of the trade.
• Creativity on Lock: Bring strong storytelling and creative skills to the table, with the ability to convey messages in a snappy and engaging way.
• Editing Ace: Proficient in video editing software – you know your way around those editing tools like a pro.
• Self-Starter: Motivated and can work independently. We want someone who’s passionate about what they do!
• Time Wizard: Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• Communication Skills: Can communicate like a pro, keeping the vibes positive and the ideas flowing.

Compensation

Get paid based on the views your TikToks rack up – the more engaging and shareable, the better the reward. The compensation pay per view scale will be shared during the interview process.
