Job Description

We are seeking an immediate contractor for a short term contract job as a Power Point Designer. The job is a 16-hour project at a rate of $50 per hour.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Create an overall PowerPoint template design, using our rough format and corporate branding guidelines.
• Export data to Excel and create pivot tables and charts for each slide, ensuring they are suitable for executive presentation.
• Implement a process that allows for easy updating of data and charts, using an Excel macro or similar solution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Power Point Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong understanding of corporate branding guidelines and the ability to incorporate them into design projects.
• Experience with creating pivot tables and charts in Excel.
• Ability to create macros or automate processes in Excel to improve efficiency.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.

Additional Information

This is a remote contract job that requires a quick turnaround. The corporate branding guidelines will be provided by us, but we expect the contractor to be able to work independently and deliver results efficiently. There may be potential for future projects depending on the successful completion of this task.
