Job Description

As a UX Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will streamline processes, automate routine tasks, and handle user support requests. Collaborating with other support teams and updating the ticketing system are also key responsibilities. Additionally, you will support and maintain areas like Group Policy, EndPoint Manager, Intune, and Apple Business Manager.

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
• Personal credibility and high self-motivation
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detailed knowledge of IT infrastructure in a Microsoft technology environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 and/or iOS technology environments
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience, particularly within professional services
• “A” level standard education or equivalent is preferred, along with accreditation in relevant technologies
