Job Description
Banner World is seeking an experienced PHP Developer with a special focus on WordPress and WooCommerce development. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team while enjoying the flexibility of a partly remote, partly office-based position. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication abilities, work effectively within a team, and demonstrate the capability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
Requirements
- Development and maintenance of custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Proven experience in PHP development, specifically working with WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, specifically MySQL.
- Ability to work with a design team and integrate visual designs seamlessly.
- Experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working with other application frameworks, specifically Laravel.
- Knowledge of other frontend technologies and frameworks, including Tailwind, Livewire and Alpine.js.
- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful web APIs.
- Familiarity with website optimization techniques and SEO principles.
- Familiarity with version control tools, particularly Git.

Schedule
