Job Description:

• Will develop browser based front-end screens for various web applications.
• Strong focus on user experience and usability, with an ability to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Good sense of design, color, and typography.
• Skill in designing interactive elements that enhance the user experience with changing graphics and layouts based on real-time data.
• Ability to create quick prototypes for user testing and feedback.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch or Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
2. Knowledge of optimizing applications for speed and efficiency.
3. Ability to develop applications that are compatible across various web browsers.
4. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frameworks for dynamic and real-time web applications.
5. Experience with programming languages and frameworks like ASP.NET Core, C#, Server-side Blazor, Web API.
6. Experience with technologies like WebSockets, SignalR, or similar for real-time web functionalities.
7. Knowledge of designing and developing microservices and understanding of related patterns and practices.
8. Understanding of backend processes, APIs, and databases is very important.
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating design decisions and collaborating with team members.
10. Ability to approach design problems creatively and effectively.
11. Keen eye for detail to ensure a high-quality user interface.
12. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders.
13. Knowledge of accessibility standards and designing inclusive and accessible web applications.
14. Prior experience delivering projects to US government is a plus.
15. Prior experience in satellite communications or telecom industry is a plus.
16. Must take ownership of projects and deliver in a timely manner.
17. Must be a quick starter and a smart learner of new concepts, technologies, and business processes.
