Job Description

Looking to hire 1-2 floral designers for Valentine’s Day.

Dates: February 11th- February 14th.

This is strictly a design position, no processing.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to recreate and produce floral arrangements from online menu
• Help walk-in clients with flower recommendations and gifts
• Must be able to know how to wrap a hand-tie
• Must be able to design 1,2,3 dozen roses in both a pave style and traditional tall style.

Requirements

Skills:

• Must know how to design with tape or chicken wire. We do not work with floral foam.
• Must be able to do an arrangement in max 20 min or less depending on size and style arrangement. If you are not able to design in a timely fashion please do not apply.
• At least 3 years as a freelance DESIGNER not assistant or 2 years as a designer in a shop/studio.
• Use of floral knife preferred but not necessary
• Punctuality. Half the job is showing up on time.
