Job Description:
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our web and mobile applications. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive interfaces. The designer will also use Figma and Bootstrap to create and prototype designs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in Figma, Bootstrap, and other design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent visual design skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Preferred ability to work in person at our Walnut, IA office
