Job Description

We are looking for a creative innovator with social media marketing experience to help our wedding florals thrive. Our company, FlowersForWeddings.com, helps create “happily ever after” moments by providing beautiful, fresh, affordable, and uniquely pre-designed wedding flowers that are ready-to-go right out of the box. We need your help to let potential customers know what makes us so unique!

Responsibilities

• Generate and implement a marketing strategy for social media through researching platforms, target audience, competition, brand, and messaging.
• Create and post content for the various social media platforms that encourage engagement and drive sales through text, videos, images, and blogs.
• Manage social media daily, including engaging with followers and potential leads.
• Make meaningful connections and collaborations with influencers and leaders in our industry.
• Routinely analyze and evaluate best marketing practices for improvement.

Requirements

• Familiarity with the various social media platforms: Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Experience generating and implementing social media marketing strategies.
• Knowledgeable on how to improve brand awareness, presence, engagement, website traffic, and sales.
• Ability to self-motivate and self-direct.
• Demonstrate an understanding of social media analytics tools.
• Excellent time-management and critical-thinking skills.
• Preferred graphic design experience.

• Job Types: Part-time, Contract
• Pay: From $31.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 20 per week
• Benefits: Flexible schedule
• Schedule: 4 hour shift Monday to Friday
