Job Description

The Dedication Agency is a full-service digital marketing firm that specializes in driving conversions through targeted content strategies. We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality graphics for various marketing and promotional materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio of work showcasing their design skills and be able to work collaboratively with the creative team to develop visually engaging marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, social media posts, email campaigns, and websites.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts that align with the brand’s identity and marketing objectives.
• Prepare and deliver final design assets to the marketing team on time and to the required specifications.
• Ensure the consistency of brand visual identity and graphic standards across all marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and tools.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Provide guidance and support to the marketing team in visual design best practices.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficient in Canva.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Additional Information

• Start rate: $5/hour
• Work Schedule: PST Hours
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: From Php270.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
• Benefits: Work from home
• Schedule: Evening shift, On call
• Experience: Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)
