Job Description
The main responsibility of this role is to use social media to market real estate in Philadelphia, PA. This involves creating and posting engaging content on various social media platforms to attract potential clients and promote real estate listings. The goal is to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive traffic to the company’s website. This is a part-time, internship, contract, or temporary position with an expected workload of 2 to 9 hours per week. The schedule is flexible, allowing you to choose your own hours. The work location is in-person.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the following qualifications are required:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Ability to create compelling and visually appealing content.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills.
