Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create original page layouts for printed or digital magazines
- Identify stock photos and images for magazine features
- Understand and interpret creative direction
- Manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
- Stay up to date on design trends and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Perform quality assurance checks
- Prepare final files for developers or printers
- Maintain accurate records of design decisions
- Prepare other deliverables such as banner designs
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in graphic design
- Post-secondary degree in graphic design
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Portfolio showcasing magazine design layout
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay: $20.42 - $24.59 per hour
- Expected hours: 20 per week
- Schedule: Day shift
