Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time/on-call WordPress Developer to take our website to the next level. We are an up-and-coming staffing firm in the HR Technology | IT | RPO space and want to establish a global presence with a website that matches our ambitions. We are looking for someone who is willing to grow with us as part of the Dayfoxx Resources team.

Requirements:

  • Must be a WordPress Developer, not Designer.
  • Must possess a background in having worked with small businesses.
  • Experience with Divi Theme is a must.
  • Must be able to transition ideas into actionable designs.
  • Basic understanding of what a staffing company does and how to make the website appealing and “sticky” for visitors.
  • Experience with interactive client contact forms, chat, Calendly scheduling embed, calendar integration, a careers section, a timesheet section, and dynamic pages to convey the company’s services.
  • Site integration with our lead generation tool, ZoomInfo.
  • Collaboration and communication skills are key for success in this role.
  • Expert knowledge of themes, plugins, and design functionality.
  • Awareness of current trends in website design and development, as well as the necessary tools.
  • Immediate availability to analyze, resolve, and debug website issues.
  • Ability to optimize pages for performance, speed, and responsiveness.
  • Experience implementing security measures to protect WordPress websites.
  • Previous experience with Google AdSense, Google AdWords, and Amazon Associates is a plus.

SEO Requirements:

  • Ability to target specific keywords to improve search engine rankings.
  • Industry expert level knowledge of Google Console and Bing Webmaster.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and resources to constantly evaluate and improve the site’s SEO performance.
