Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an In-House Videographer, also serving as a Multimedia Content Coordinator. In this unique role, you’ll be the driving force behind our media creation, capturing compelling content related to sales, the solar industry, and our brand ethos.

Responsibilities

1. Content Creation:

• Capture and edit videos for various purposes, including incentive trips, retreats, and on-location filming.
• Play a pivotal role in creating visually engaging content for sales and the solar industry.

1. Social Media Support:

• Craft engaging Reels and short videos tailored for Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Collaborate with the CMO to strategize social media plans, boosting engagement across platforms.

1. Short-form Content:

• Create concise and attention-grabbing videos tailored for various social media platforms.

1. Flexible Schedule:

• Be ready to film incentive trips, retreats, and occasionally travel to our sales markets.
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate different filming and editing timelines.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to constant change.
• Work independently and efficiently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in video production, editing, and social media management.
• Proficiency in video editing software.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for media content.
• Awareness of digital media and social media trends.

Additional Information

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
• Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
