Job Description:

Essence Motorsports, a certified Xpel installation center in Laguna Hills, is seeking a skilled individual to join our team. Our focus is on providing high-quality services in paint protection film, window tinting, ceramic coatings, and vinyl wraps. As a content creator and social media manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with our brand and target audience. You will capture the installation process on vehicles, engage with followers, write compelling captions, measure campaign success, and stay up to date with social media best practices. Collaboration with installers and attending meetings with managers will also be part of your responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
• Familiarity with social media analytics and tools for tracking engagement
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently

Experience:

At least 2 years in content creation and social media management, with a focus on filming and editing video for the automotive industry.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Additional Information:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
