Job Description
Essence Motorsports is a certified Xpel installation center located in Laguna Hills. Our core focus is on providing high-quality services in paint protection film, window tinting, ceramic coatings, and vinyl wraps. We take pride in our experienced team of installers who possess multiple certifications and have accumulated over 20 years of industry experience. Our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results has been integral to our success and sets us apart from our competitors.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the shop’s brand and target audience
- Capture (via photo & video) film installation on vehicles and final product
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
- Write compelling captions and descriptions to accompany the visuals
- Measure the success of major social media campaigns
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Collaborate with installers in the warehouse
- Attend meetings with managers to provide analytics, input on ideas, and more
Requirements
- Proficiency in using TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box
- Familiarity with social media analytics and tools for tracking engagement
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- 2 years of experience in content creation & social media management
- Filming & editing video experience
- Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
- High school or equivalent education (preferred)
Additional Information
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Benefits: 401(k) matching, Flexible schedule, Paid time off
- Schedule: 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Work Location: In person
