Job Description

We are seeking a creative and passionate social media content creator to join our top-producing residential real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms. Your duties will include creating engaging and visually appealing content using video and photography, collaborating with team members to align messaging and branding, and analyzing campaign performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital publishing, or a similar field
• 2 years of experience in content creation and social media management
• A portfolio showcasing applicable outputs
• Excellent video editing skills
• Strong research, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Deep knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, hashtags, and engagement strategies
