Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and multifaceted Junior UI/UX Designer who excels in graphic design and has expertise in AI tools like MidJourney and other AI art generators. This role involves blending artistic vision with technical expertise to create impactful visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing social media assets and marketing materials for digital and traditional platforms
• Create engaging UI/UX designs using Figma and other design tools to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency, while maintaining creativity and originality in all visual outputs
• Contribute to the creation of persuasive pitch decks that communicate our brand story and highlight value propositions
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to brainstorm and bring innovative design concepts to life
• Stay updated on the latest design and technology trends, integrating these insights into visual and interactive content

Requirements

• Educational Background: Degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, or related field
• Experience in Graphic Design: Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing work in digital and traditional media
• UI/UX Design Skills: Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma, with an understanding of user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in AI Tools: Demonstrable experience with AI art generators such as MidJourney or similar tools
• Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to create visually appealing content tailored to these channels
• Video Editing Skills: Experience with video editing software is a significant plus, with the ability to create engaging video content for various digital platforms
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Webflow and a solid grasp of design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate concepts and ideas into engaging visual designs
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aesthetics and details, ensuring the quality and accuracy of designs
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and trends in the rapidly evolving field of design and social media
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Additional Information
