Job Description:

Faster Solutions is seeking a part-time Web Design Specialist to join their design and development team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with other designers, programmers, and marketing coordinators to provide website design, branding, collateral, graphic design, and development for client projects. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to follow timelines and budgets, and a passion for creative design and technology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide positive and outstanding team communication
• Design websites, branding packages, digital videos, and marketing collateral
• Maintain creative standards control for all projects
• Highly organized in calendaring, communication, and time management
• Understand how to follow timelines and budget in a team environment
• Report/communicate with project coordinator and production staff
• Have a passion for creative design and technology
• Have a passion for marketing and work in Google Analytics, social media platforms, and reporting applications
• Design through big picture and forward-thinking strategies
• Design and develop content for different media platforms
• Assist marketing team with creative campaign strategy and development
• Digital video design and development
• Work with and integrate latest technologies in interactive media
• WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, XHTML, and CSS knowledge
• Website builder experience such as Avada or Elementor helpful
• Provide strategic support to internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating branding assets and materials
• Leading virtual client meetings and design walkthroughs
• Answer phone calls
• Advanced knowledge in Google Workspace toolset
• Experience with remote work and virtual team communication

Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of digital products offered
• Experience designing and marketing digital media or technology-based solutions
• Three years of digital design and marketing experience
• Experience with WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, video, HTML, XHTML, and CSS
• CRM application experience
• Trello experience
• Extreme organization skills
• Excellent phone and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, schedule, and meet deadlines
• Experience working with a team
• Positive and friendly personality

Additional Information:

• Job location: Remote with access to office in Duluth, MN
• Job types: Part-time, Contract
• Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
• Education: Associate degree preferred
• Work location: In person
