Job Description

This role is responsible for ideating, creating, designing, and executing a variety of digital, social, and Out-Of-Home (OOH) projects, including social media campaigns, content marketing campaigns, brand campaigns, EDMs, and electronic newsletters. Additionally, the Graphic Designer may guide junior designers in maintaining brand design language across touchpoints.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop original creative concepts aligned with project objectives and the overall OSN brand strategy and design language.
• Extend approved creative concepts for online, digital, and OOH formats.
• Ensure brand design consistency across different campaigns and multiple touchpoints.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Graphic Arts, Advertising, Marketing, and/or Communications.
• High proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Suites desired.

Experience:

• 3 - 4 years of creative experience with a solid portfolio.
• Agency and/or in-house marketing experience is strongly preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Fluent in English; preferably in Arabic as well.
• Strong, elegant, clean design aesthetic for typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to follow and respect brand guidelines.
• Excellent critical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Accurate in setting and meeting deadlines.
• Outgoing, forward-looking, and flexible.
• Attuned to the latest design trends and branding best practices.
• Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
