Job Description:

Lockton is seeking a high-energy Junior Graphic Designer to join their supportive and creative team environment. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality creative service deliverables, communicating project status and deadlines, reviewing and updating department graphics procedure manual, completing special projects, and serving as a resource for team members.

Requirements:

• Degree in graphic arts or equivalent education/work experience
• In-depth knowledge of InDesign software
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, and Excel
• Experience in photo and/or video editing (a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective multi-tasking skills and strong organizational/time management skills
• Ability to be present in the physical office 2 days per week (hybrid scheduling)
• Availability to work short-notice overtime hours

Additional Information:

• This is a temporary position with the option to transition to full-time based on candidate performance and business need
