Job Description:

Lockton is currently seeking a high-energy Junior Graphic Designer who is looking for an opportunity to utilize their skills and experience in a production design role within a supportive and creative team environment. The primary responsibilities of this role include preparing high-quality, creative service deliverables, communicating project status and deadlines, updating the department Graphics Procedure Manual, completing special projects, and serving as a resource for team members.

Requirements:

• Degree in graphic arts or equivalent education and/or work experience
• In-depth knowledge of InDesign software
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, and Excel
• Experience in photo and/or video editing (a plus)
• High-level verbal and written communication skills
• Effective multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Ability to be present in the physical office 2 days per week (hybrid scheduling)

• This is a temporary position with the option to transition to full-time based on performance and business need
