As we continue expanding our services, we are seeking a talented and creative freelance graphic designer to join our team.

Position: Freelance Graphic Designer

Location: Harrisburg, PA - REMOTE

Responsibilities:

1. Create visually appealing and effective designs for various multipage publication materials, including brochures, newsletters, flyers, business cards, and promotional items.
2. Work closely with our clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, including tight deadlines, and ensure the design solutions align with their vision and goals.
3. Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to established industry standards and brand guidelines. Offset printing experience and knowledge of print industry terminology are preferred.
4. Prepare print-ready files, ensuring accuracy, resolution, and color correctness for optimal printing results.
5. Provide creative input and innovative ideas to enhance print materials’ overall design and visual appeal.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of multipage publication design projects.
2. Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
3. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams, understanding and interpreting their design requirements.
4. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free designs.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and bring creative ideas.
