• Skilled at communicating with people on the phone, in person, and by email
• Relationship-builder comfortable interacting with different types of personalities and all levels of authority
• Understanding of the importance of deadlines and doing good work on time
• Eager to learn new tasks and computer systems
• Ability to proofread work and double-check details
• Genuine care about clients and desire to make an impact
• Strong administrative skills, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with various computer programs, databases, and systems
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
• Positive, high-energy team player who is results-oriented
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus!)

Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team in the delivery of experiential marketing campaigns
• Copywriting (web, social media, collateral)
• Create high-quality graphics and videos for digital, web, social media, and occasionally print
• Design marketing materials, such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, posters, etc.
• Review and execute SEO/SEM strategies
• Assist in executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness
• Day-to-day social media management

Additional Information:

• Part-time job requiring 20-30 hours per week
• Must work in the office between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
• First 90 days of employment are a probationary period
• Starting pay dependent on experience with opportunities for performance increases
