Job Description:

As the Graphic Designer at We The Curious, you will be responsible for managing, shaping, and delivering the graphic design output of the organization. You will act as a brand guardian, ensuring that all materials produced are in line with the brand toolkit and developed to meet the needs of the organization. You will work closely with the marketing team and other colleagues to problem solve, concept, present, and create a variety of design solutions. Your role will involve overseeing graphic design projects, managing third-party relationships, ensuring materials are produced on time and meet audience needs, managing the print production process, and conducting creative research.

Requirements:

• Professional experience as a Graphic Designer
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite with strong illustrative skills
• Demonstrable experience in a wide variety of print design and print processes
• Experience of managing third-party relationships
• Experience of working within brand guidelines
• Experience of digital design and current technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workload
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good awareness of design trends and creative thinking

• Location: Hybrid remote in Bristol

• Report to: Acting Head of Marketing
• Salary: £17,543 per annum (£29,239 full time equivalent)
• Contract: Nine months fixed term
• Working hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours a week (0.6 FTE) Monday to Wednesday
