Job Description:

Next Door Photos (“NDP”) is seeking Media Pros to join their team. Media Pros will represent the brand to customers and capture high-quality photography, videography, and aerials for real estate listings. The role offers flexible hours and opportunities for growth and increased earning potential. Media Pros are hired as part-time independent contractors and are responsible for capturing and uploading media.

Requirements:

• Experience in photography, videography, or as a certified part 107 drone pilot (Real estate photography experience not required)
• Ability to professionally interact with clients and homeowners
• Punctuality for scheduled shoots in various locations
• Professional attire during shoots
• Ability to upload media before 9PM on the day of the shoot
• Flexible schedule and readily available
• Maintain an up-to-date Google calendar with availability
• Comfortable with driving up to 30-40% of the workday
• Follow NDP shoot flow and standards consistently
• Effective communication with clients throughout the shoot
• Regular communication with the Local Owner and clients via email, text message, and phone
• Ability to obtain Part 107 certification for commercial drone flying
• Open to regular feedback and training on NDP standards
• Must have own equipment, including a digital SLR or mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens, external flash, tripod with ball head attachment, reliable transportation, and high-speed internet

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Day shift, On call, Weekends as needed
