Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and managing all forms of social media platforms
• Creating engaging and fun online content posts to generate buzz and engagement with our products
• Processing orders placed through social media and directing customers to our sales branches
• Measuring the success of social media posts and campaigns and providing insight to management
• Facilitating online conversations with customers and reporting any orders to the office
• Developing an optimal posting schedule considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
• Implementing new ways to attract prospective customers
• Jumping on social media trends and creating viral marketing content

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ previous social media experience
• Experience in a similar role, preferably with a bed/retail background
• Passion for social media and familiarity with a wide range of platforms and functionalities
• Demonstrated creative flair and ability to create content independently
• Knowledge of influencers and building working relationships with them
• Strong written skills and ability to adapt style for different audiences
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
