Job Description:

My Flavor It Place is seeking a talented videographer and editor to create engaging and informative training videos for their team. The project involves filming training sessions covering various aspects of dessert preparation, customer service, and shop operations. The footage will then be edited into concise, easy-to-follow training modules that reflect the company’s brand identity and values. The goal is to deliver high-quality, professional videos that can be used for onboarding new employees and ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in videography and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to understand training needs and preferences
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, engaging content
• Passion for ice cream and a genuine interest in contributing to a family-owned business

Timeline & Compensation:
