Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Videographer/Editor Intern to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a child actor, capturing their participation in various learning activities and editing the footage into engaging and high-quality videos for our YouTube channel. This internship is ideal for college students eager to gain hands-on experience in videography and editing while contributing to educational content creation for children.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the child actor and the creative team to plan and execute video shoots.
  • Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas and concepts for new video content that aligns with our educational goals and engages our target audience.
  • Film the child actor participating in different learning activities, ensuring high-quality footage.
  • Edit raw footage into polished and engaging videos that align with our brand and educational objectives.
  • Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the educational value and entertainment factor of the videos.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm new ideas and concepts for video content.
  • Ensure timely delivery of edited videos according to our content schedule.

This additional responsibility encourages interns to actively participate in the creative process, fostering their creativity and helping them develop valuable skills in ideation and content development.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in college pursuing a degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in videography and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to bring ideas to life through video content.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for education and a genuine interest in creating content for children.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
