Job Description:

Next Door Photos is seeking professional and talented photographers, videographers, and part 107 drone pilots to join their team as Media Pros. Media Pros will represent the brand, capture high-quality media (photos, videos, aerials, etc.), and deliver the best experience to customers and team members. This position offers flexible hours and opportunities for growth in photography and media experience. Media Pros are hired as part-time independent contractors and are paid per-service.

Requirements:

• Experience in photography, videography, and drone piloting (Part 107 certification required for drone pilots)
• Ability to professionally interact with clients and homeowners
• Punctuality and ability to consistently arrive on time to shoots in different locations
• Dress professionally while on the job
• Ability to upload media before 9PM on the day of the shoot
• Flexible schedule and availability
• Keep a Google calendar with updated availability
• Ability to drive up to 30-40% of the workday
• Follow NDP shoot flow and standards consistently
• Effective communication with clients during shoots
• Regular communication with Local Owner and clients through email, text, and phone
• Ability to study and obtain Part 107 certification
• Receive regular feedback and training on NDP standards

Equipment List:

Media Pros must have the following equipment to complete photography shoots:

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera and a wide-angle lens (either APS-C with 10-24mm or full-frame with 16-35mm)
• External (off-camera) flash
• Tripod and ball head attachment
• Reliable transportation
• High-speed internet

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Day shift, On call, Weekends as needed

Experience: Photography: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification: Part 107 drone certification (Required)
