Job Description:

Our company is a dynamic and innovative home improvement company committed to improving the way consumers transform their homes. We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative content for our social media platforms that align with our client’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Produce, edit, and publish engaging videos that drive views, likes, and shares.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, challenges, and features to ensure our content is relevant and engaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate TikTok campaigns with broader social media strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to clients and team members on best practices for TikTok content creation and engagement.
• Communicating with clients via phone, email, or in-person to gather information, assist with general inquiries, and generate leads.

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating engaging content for social media, with a portfolio or TikTok profile showcasing your work.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform, including trends, challenges, and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a startup environment. We’re a small team, which means your ideas and direction will almost always be reflected in the content we produce.
• You’re well organized, communicate clearly, and are collaborative in your work.
• You already have a social presence and have grown either your personal or a brand’s page.
• Strong attention to detail, with a passion for strategy and planning.

Additional Information:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
