Job Description

Tailored Brands, Inc. is looking for a temporary Senior Designer to join their Men’s Wearhouse/Moores Creative Marketing team. The Senior Designer will work with the marketing team to deliver compelling creative elements that tell the brand story to the customer and highlight the product. The key accountabilities of this role include collaborating with the creative director, art directors, designers, and copywriters to develop strategic creative solutions for the brands, conceptualizing and designing digital and print assets, creating and evolving brand guidelines, participating in brainstorming sessions, and assisting with other special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years design experience (art direction experience is a plus)
• Portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and ability to deliver unique, strategic creative solutions
• Excellent design skills with expert knowledge of layout, color, typography, and messaging hierarchies
• Experienced in digital and print design, from concept through final production
• Photo art direction and conceptualization skills a plus
• Experience with photoshoot production, editing of selects, and managing image retouching a plus
• High level of initiative and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, along with keen attention to detail
• Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
• Flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the business
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch

• Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands: Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time, ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily, able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally, must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment, hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, hybrid from Dublin California office.

• Salary: $105,000 - $115,000, based on an individual’s skills, background, and experience.
