Job Description:
We are currently seeking candidates for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join a highly successful Private Equity firm located in Boston, MA. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will work closely with branding, public relations, writing, design, and digital teams in driving and promoting social media strategy, goals, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of social media experience in the financial services/investment management industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years of social media marketing experience, ideally in the financial services/investment management industry
- Analytical skills to track and interpret standard social media metrics
- Experience executing and planning paid advertising on social media platforms
- Experience with social media community management and publishing tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprinklr, Sprout Social)
- Experience with social media publishing and regulatory platforms (SharePoint and/or Hearsay)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Additional Information:
This is a 12+ month contract opportunity, paying between $27-$32/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work model, consisting of 3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with global and regional teams regarding social posts, social content, website modules, etc.
- Work with the public relations team in prioritizing and promoting current and upcoming events, news, promotions, etc. via social media channels
- Manage Social Media Content Calendar on a daily basis
- Drive social media strategy, goals, and initiatives, and manage social posts with internal partners
- Manage global paid social in-house via LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Review social posts to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with compliance on Social Media Policy and Social Media Desk Procedures
- Deliver data and reporting on social media marketing efforts
- Participate in monthly calls with LinkedIn representatives
- Oversee Sprinklr Partnership and manage YouTube channel
- Manage content syndication, monthly reporting reviews and readouts, and SharePoint site
- Conduct creative refreshes and updates
- Manage brand campaign landing page and insights page
