Job Description
The Social Element is a leading global independent full-service social media agency. We are looking for talented Social Media Community Managers to support us with our growing client base in North America. As a Community Manager, you will be the voice of our brands and engage with consumers across social media platforms. Your main responsibilities include responding to queries and complaints, moderating content, and providing authentic customer interactions.
Requirements
- Strong written skills in US English
- Background experience in engagement, social customer care, and/or community management
- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or YouTube
- Comfortable using digital technology and various tech tools and platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work remotely
IT Policy
- Operating system: Windows 10 64bits or higher / MAC OS X version 12 (Monterey) or higher
- i5 8th generation or faster 64-bit (x64) processor
- At least 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
- Internet speed: 20Mbps download / 1Mbps upload (50Mbps download / 5Mbps upload recommended)
- 40GB available HDD (SSD recommended)
- Webcam and headset
- Android or iOS device for 2FA
- Chromebook and Linux are not supported
